The item arrived before it said it would. It was well packed and to me the clock is much prettier in person. I love the metal frame that it has. The only issue I did have with it is that it does not have a second hand. I also had a little trouble getting the battery in the back. The battery placement was a tight squeeze. The clock is super quiet, you do not hear it at all and it seems to keep track of time well. I've only had it about a month though. Overall, I do recommend.
