I've had mine for a good year or so. The ticking is decently loud and quite annoying the first few days I had it. The ticking is hard to ignore (though I've managed to fall asleep with it in my room). One of the aspects I was disappointed with was that it's a bit too slow. The second hand goes down the right side of the clock normally, but when it reaches the left side, it seems like it struggles to make it up. After about a month or two, the clock is 5 minutes slow. I ha to keep resetting it. Finally, I'm tired of it and replacing it with a different, more expensive one. Buyer beware. |
